Seacove Smart Homes - Price List
Seacove have developed 2 distinct types of plans as the starting point for designing your Seacove Home. These have been refined over the past 2 years so that our standard now is for “Smart” design features, making these plans not only simpler but also faster and therefore more economical to construct in our factory, as well as build on site.
- Smart Range – contemporary designs on minimal lines creating stunning yet simple homes – priced below are a sample of our self contained plans ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 + bedrooms. Other designs are available form our office
- Designer Smart Range – modern stylish designs that connect modules to form functional, fashionable and adaptable homes including linked pavilions – priced below are some of our more popular plans

Notes on pricing:
· All Prices include GST and are Ex Factory (delivery costs can be provided on request)
· All components to enable you, or your registered builder, to erect the home to ‘lock-up Please note: No lining or ‘fit out’ is included in these prices.
· The Roof is made in panels with insulation installed, roof sheeting and soffit lining fitted
· All decks include hardwood decking fixed onto floor frame
· Skillion rooflines for house and decks
· Assumes height out of ground @ 600mm with step stringers to decks as shown
· Includes 5 full sets of working drawings, engineering documentation & Assembly Handbook
· Seacove Homes on site Consultant is included for a set number of days
Please note:
§ Additional quotes can be given for hot dip galvanising all or part of exposed steel
§ All Seacove Homes can be Cyclone rated
