Can I change the designs?
Yes - to help you with your design we do have our `Landmark` range of floor plans, all of which can be modified so you can specify an internal layout that best suits your needs and budget.
Due to the modular nature of our designs they can be linked together providing countless combinations of house design and they are easily adapted to split level or 2 storey designs.

Can I use my own design?
We would be happy to discuss this option with you and give you an initial estimate of costs based on our unique modular design concept. Click Designing a Seacove Home for a factsheet.

Are decks provided?
The price of each home includes the decks as shown on the sketch plan. You can add or remove decks to suit your needs and budget and a revised indicative cost can be calculated.
All Seacove Homes decks are made from the same steel floor frames as our house modules and come with hardwood decking fixed in place.

What slope are your rooflines?
Our roof panels are designed for a 6, 9, 10 or 12 degree pitch.
Do you provide Garages or Carports?

What does `Lock up` mean?
"Lock Up" or "Fully Enclosed Stage" means that at this stage the house would look finished externally with all external windows and doors fitted. Internally you would be able to walk on the structural flooring and see through the internal wall frames. No linings, internal doors or fit out is included.

  • Crane to lift the modules into place

How long does it all take?
  • When you confirm your order, and pay the Order Stage deposit, we will commence manufacture and assembly of your home.

  • Once the site is prepared and the modules delivered then lock up should be achieved in a matter of days.
